Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Udharu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Udharu mobile application, operated by Teknikforce.
Use of service
Udharu is a credit and lending tracking tool designed for small business owners, traders, and individuals. You may use Udharu only for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes.
Important
Udharu is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and any financial decisions you make based on that data.
Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Do not share your password with others
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Udharu — including your contacts, transactions, and business profiles. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store, sync, and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Udharu to:
- Record fraudulent, fictitious, or illegal transactions
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or server
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
Intellectual property
All content in the app — including the design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Teknikforce or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Udharu for personal or internal business purposes only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teknikforce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Udharu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
